Promo Mechanics:

1. The Rebates at SM’s 3-Day Sale Promo is open to the following:
   1. All active principal and supplementary Credit Cards of MasterCard, Visa, JCB, UnionPay and American Express issued only by BDO except for BDO American Express Cash Back Credit Cards.
   2. All active BDO Debit Card and / or BDO Cash Cards.
2. Promo runs during SM’s 3-Day Sale events scheduled from July 15-November 20, 2016 at participating SM retail stores.
3. To qualify for the promo, cardholders must use their BDO Credit Card, BDO Debit or BDO Cash Card at participating SM retail stores located at SM Malls where there is a scheduled SM 3-Day Sale event and reach the minimum single receipt purchase requirement.

The 10% rebate offer is available only to BDO Credit Cardholders who will reach the minimum spend requirement at participating branches of The SM Store, Ace Hardware, Ace Express, Ace Builders, Our Home, Toy Kingdom and Pet Express during SM’s 3-Day Sale. The maximum rebate amount that a BDO Credit Cardholder can get per qualified transaction at participating SM retail stores (except at Our Home) during SM’s 3-Day Sale is P5,000. The maximum rebate amount that a BDO Credit Cardholder can get per qualified transaction at participating Our Home branches is P10,000.
The maximum rebate amount that a BDO Debit  or BDO Cash Cardholder can get per qualified transaction at participating SM retail stores during SM’s 3-Day Sale is P3,000.

4. A Cardholder can also avail of the EasyPay In-Store Installment Plan** (which includes Absolutely 0% Interest Installment Payment Plan) using his/her BDO Credit Card at the following SM retail stores during SM’s 3-Day Sale.

5. Rebates are not convertible to cash.
6. At SM Appliance Centers, rebates are not applicable during the first two (2) hours of the first day of each SM 3-Day Sale; it is applicable only to regular priced items; it is not applicable to items categorized as packaged televisions, packaged home theaters, packaged camera, packaged portable audio, packaged cooking range, packaged air conditioners, computers, computer accessories and mobile phones.
7. At Our Home, the 10% rebate offer for BDO Credit Cardholders is not applicable during the first two (2) hours of the first day of each SM 3-Day Sale. It is applicable only to regular priced items. For items on sale or with marked down prices, the 5% rebate offer for BDO Credit Cardholders and 3% rebate offer for BDO Debit or BDO Cash Cardholders and mechanics will apply.
8. Cardholders who avail the rebates offer can no longer use the charge slip of the said transaction to avail of other BDO Credit, BDO Debit or BDO Cash Card promos.
9. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by BDO with the concurrence of DTI.

*Minimum single-receipt purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e. Class Discounts and SMAC Discounts.)
**Not offered to BDO and American Express Corporate Cards. Not offered at Watsons. BDO Absolutely 0% Interest Installment Payment Plan is subject to bank approval and valid only if monthly bills are paid in full. Participating SM retail stores have sole discretion on the term/s and item/s applicable for the BDO Absolutely 0% Interest Installment Payment Plan offering.
