8% Rebate on 8.8 Program Mechanics Promo Period: 1 Day only – August 08, 2016 SHOP IN-STORE AND ONLINE AND GET AS MUCH AS PHP10,000 worth of CASH REBATES! The promotion is open to all BDO Visa Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders 1. To qualify, Cardholders must: a. Use their BDO Visa Credit Card on August 08, 2016 and spend at least Php8,000 or US$170, single or accumulated. For accumulated spend, the minimum amount per charge slip must be at least Php500 or US$11. b. Register online through the promo web page bit.ly/visa88 from August 01 to 09, 2016. The following information must be provided: a) Cardholder Name b) Credit Card Number c) Email Address d) Mobile Number c. Provide email confirmation of purchase from online merchants that bill items only as they get shipped (e.g. Amazon) to show that one-time purchase/transaction meets the set minimum single or cumulative transaction amount as specified in Mechanics 1a. Cardholder to send email to clgmktgops@bdo.com.ph 2. Purchases must come from one BDO Visa Credit Card only. Principal Cardholders cannot include purchases of his/her Supplementary Cardholder/s (if any) in computing for the total Spend Amount. 3. Qualified spend will be based on the actual Peso or Dollar value posted to the account by August 21, 2016 to enable crediting of the corresponding Peso or Dollar Cash Rebate earned by September 7, 2016. This will appear on succeeding Monthly Billing Statement (MBS). 4. Exclusions: a. Any type of Bills Payment (Auto Charge, Charge-On-Demand, Utility/Recurring Bills, Loan Payments, Insurance, etc.) is not qualified for the promo; b. Transactions from casino or business transactions from merchants engaged in wholesale (e.g. warehouse clubs) and distribution (e.g. food supplement dealers, multi level marketing) are not qualified. 5. Cardholders will also be notified via SMS upon successful processing of Cash Rebate. Cardholder must ensure that the contact details provided (email/SMS) are accurate. BDO will not be responsible for nonreceipt of notification due to incorrect contact details. 6. Cardholders must examine their Monthly Billing Statement (MBS) for any errors related to the VISA Twin Date Rebate Promo (e.g. rebate computation, non-awarding of rebate). All questions or disputes will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days from posting of the Cash Rebate, after which the promotion is considered conclusive. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The maximum cumulative Cash Rebate redeemable per Cardholder for this Promotion is Php10,000 or US$213. Regardless if a Cardholder has more than one (1) BDO Visa Credit Card account, whether as Principal or Supplementary, he/she can only register one account in the Promo. 2. Cash Rebates awarded are nontransferable and nonconvertible to cash. However, it is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the Card. 3. The awarded rebate will be debited back from the Cardholder’s account should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date. 4. The 8% Rebate on 8.8 Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos (e.g. Shop. Choose. Redeem, BDO-sponsored rebates, etc.) and is subject to the Terms & Conditions governing the issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards. 5. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc. BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence of DTI.
