Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo/selling period is from October 1 to 15, 2018.
2. Travel Period is from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
3. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to avail of exclusive discounts from China Airlines for purchases of airline tickets during the Selling Period, provided that the sale transactions are settled using the following:
   1. BDO Credit Card or Debit Card straight payment
   2. Absolutely 0% installment on 3 months term or Regular Installment plans through a qualified BDO Credit Card, applicable to Philippine Peso transactions at the ticket office only
      Note: Corporate Cards, Distribution Cards, and Purchasing Cards are not qualified to avail of the installment facility.

5. Fares quoted are exclusive of all taxes and surcharges (eg. Philippine Travel Tax and Terminal Fee, which must be paid upon ticket issuance). Certain passengers types may be exempt from paying the Philippine Travel Tax upon submission of required documentation prior to ticket issuance.
6. Fares are valid only on China Airlines marketed and operated flights via Taipei.
7. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
8. No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights.
9. Prevailing USD-PHP exchange rates at the time of booking shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.
10. A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of China Airlines.
11. Offers are likewise subject to terms and conditions of China Airlines and the BDO Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the BDO and American Express Credit Cards.
12. All BDO Credit Card and installment transactions shall be subject to bank approval.
13. Qualified Cardholders shall ensure they have the appropriate documentation to depart/enter/transit their destination. China Airlines and BDO shall not be held responsible for any refund or any associated costs if Cardholder shall be denied entry to a country of transit or destination.
14. In case of dispute such as, but not limited to Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillments, BDO’s decision shall prevail with prior approval from DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO at its sole discretion.

Easy Pay Installment Terms and Conditions:

1. Qualified cardholders may avail of the Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest for a minimum single purchase of P3,000, subject to existing minimum installment amount agreement with partner merchant.
2. Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) interest is applicable if the cardholder pays his/her monthly installment in full. China Airlines has sole discretion on the term/s and item/s applicable for the Absolutely Zero Percent (0%) offering.
3. For items not included in the 0% offer, the regular monthly add-on interest rates below apply:

Total Transaction Amount: P10,000
Installment Term: 12 months

Formula:
Transaction Amount x Factor Rate = Fixed Monthly Amortization
P10,000 x 0.0903338 = P903.34

4. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate cardholder’s request to accelerate the charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the Easy Pay In-store installment transactions, provided that the cardholder’s total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or Php300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the cardholder’s account. After BDO has approved the cardholder’s acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly billing cycle and must be paid in full.
