昨年の12月のセブトリップで、ホテルのデポジットでトラぶりクレジットカードが3日ほど使えなくなり、セブが大嫌いになったのだ。日本人韓国人の少なかった昔のセブはホントに良かったのだ。タクシーのメーターもアナログ式で格好良かったのだ。
グラブタクシーもグラブ使用量の回収が出来ないので、クレジットカード決済を望むのが解るが、ある程度の個人情報はフィリピン人タクシードライバーにも分かるので、便利は解っても登録できないのが現実なのだ。

Please see the FAQs below:
- How does it work and how do I sign up?
- Open up the app and click on the Menu bar at the top left corner of your screen
- Click on the Payment Methods tab for Android or the GrabPay tab for iPhone, and select +Add New Debit/ Credit Card
- Fill in your debit or credit card information and verify details
- Upon booking, select the card option before confirming your request
- Select your pick-up and drop-off points
- Enter the promo code GRABVISA in the promo code field.
- A fixed fare is shown upon request- no surprise charges!
- You will see a pop-up message at the end of your ride that notifies you of the charges made on your card
- Are both credit and debit cards accepted?
- Yes.
- Can I register more than one credit card?
- Yes.
- What is the promo code?
- The promo code is GRABVISA.
- What type of cards are accepted for the promo?
- Debit and credit Visa cardholders only.
- Can I make partial payments on GrabPay trips with cash and vice versa?
- Partial payments are not possible for BOTH cash and GrabPay transactions.
- Does this promo also apply for Cash transactions?
- Nope, only available for GrabPay.
- Why doesn’t the promo work even if I used GrabPay?
- Kindly make sure that your debit or credit card is under Visa.
- What if I am a regular Grabber and my form of payment is through my non-Visa Credit Card. Can I change my registered card to my Visa card to avail of the promo?
- Yes, you can register more than one debit or credit card in your account. Just be sure to switch your payment method to your Visa card to avail of the promo
- Why doesn’t the promo work even if I used GrabPay?
- Kindly make sure that your debit or credit card is under Visa.
- If I have multiple Visa cards, can I change my registered card so I can avail of the P200 off per card – e.g. if I have 2 Visa Cards, can I avail of a total of 2 discounted rides?
- The promo is locked to the account/device of the passenger and not his or her cards. So regardless of how many Visa cards you have registered, he or she will only have a maximum of 1 discounted ride.
- If I used GrabPay before, will I still be able to avail of the promo?
- The promo is only available to NEW to GrabPay rides. Meaning it will be your FIRST time to take Grab with the GrabPay payment method. Those that have used GrabPay before will not be eligible for the promo.
*If there is a passenger complaint that their GrabPay fare was not discounted, we will do a refund immediately or cancel that particular credit card transaction, if proven true.
