20代にフィリピンに来てフィリピンを楽しんだのならまだ解るが、

• 年取ってフィリピンパブに嵌り、
• 観光で来て買春に嵌り、
• ジャパニーズKTVでGROに嵌り、

年の差の裏には愛なんか有るわけ無い!!!

• フィリピンYouTuberのフィリピンは良いとこ皆も一緒に永住、こんな無責任蟻地獄に嵌っては駄目なのだ。
• 40代50代60代で就職なんか有るわけ無いのだ。有ったとしても手取りせいぜい4万ペソなのだ。
• 日本で定職なくてもアルバイトで手取りは10万以上に稼げるのだ。
• どう考えてもピーナと日本でゆるゆる生活の方が楽しいのだ。

来年2021年9月頃までフィリピンに帰れないのだ

末代までアメリカで遊んで暮らしていけるだけの財産を残すために大統領は、貧困層の国民をとことん利用し続けるのだ。その為にフィリピンを始めとするアジア諸国は、鎖国してるのだ。フィリピンは麻薬戦争と言うなの大義名分の名の元に対立のシンジケートを根こそぎ天国に送り、正義の名のもとに坊主にその後のみかじめ料を徴収させ貧困層のは稼ぎ頭を次から次へと亡くし貧困層は、バランガイの配布の食料で家畜のように生きてるのだ。25年くらい前からの顔見知りで猿榮の事をエルミタボーイと呼んでた売人もいなくなったのだ。悪人だったが猿榮には何故か優しかったのだ。だから何故か寂しいな、、、。
汚職追放の名のもとに公務員の首を絞めたのだ。これまた公務員にすがりつく人々の首も締めてしまったのだ。働かない公務員を助けていた取り巻きを排除するために動けない公務員を増員する形で最悪の対策をしてしまったのだ。要するにかすめが出来なくなった者が大量に出てしまったのだ。汚職で浮いたペソは何処に行ったの？インフラは中国とADBとODAのお金でその支払いは、国民が利用した利用料で補うのだ。

家畜になった国民はもうサバイバル生活のように自由に生きていけなくなるのだ。

これらがフィリピンを美化しない現実なのだ。

前置きはこれくらいにして本題に、、、

現地で指揮できないので、ビデオコールでの指示なのだが、ほぼいらない状態なのだ

信用=低学歴に高収入か？なのだ

• 仕事は出来るだけど低学歴。
• 普通には良い所はどこも雇ってはくれない。
• せいぜい人材派遣からSMに送り込まれるくらいだ、それも6ヵ月がやっとなのだ。
• でもたまにいる掘り出し物が、、、。
• フィリピンビジネスで高学歴はいらない、
• 英語能力もいらない、
• 此方の言うことを理解しやる事だけをやってくれて
• いらない事はしない、
• いらない考えはしない、
• でもか痒い所には手が届く必要が有るのだ。
• スタッフの発掘は「雨夜の月」なのだ。
• フィリピン人の出来るは、まず出来ないが殆どなのだ。
• スタッフに男とオカマは出来ないのだ。トラブルメーカーそして直ぐに女性スタッフに手を付ける、オカマは嫉妬が非常に強いので逆恨みが来るだ。オカマはオカマの使い方が有るのだ。
• 信用できるスッタフの従姉妹も臨時雇いには良いのだ、たまにセクシタリーみたいに「みにくいアヒルの子」様に成るのだ。

17の時からからもう30なのだ

現地人スタッフを使う上で、、、

ケチと言われたら「ありがとう」で答えようなのだ。
無駄遣いと節約がわからない文化民に日本人の美学なんて通用しないし当然育った環境も人種も民度も違うのだからケチと言われても恥じることないのだ。
ケチと言われてペソ出したら負けなのだ。

開業条件の一つに

フィリピンビジネスで大切な事の一つに、もしフィリピン家族が居るならば、絶対にその家族をビジネスに引き入れては駄目なのだ。フィリピンビジネスに失敗の経験が有る方はこの意味とどうしてなのかと言う理由が理解出来るのだ。
二重生活三重生活は当たり前なのだ。
それぞれにビジネスに口を出せないようにビジネスの内容は秘密なのだ。

要するに安易にフィリピンビジネスをしても駄目なのだ。
また、ビジネス投資と不動産投資にも手を出したらいけないのだ。
