With SuperIDD, the first and only unlimited IDD offer in the country today, it’s definitely kwentuhang pangmatagalan—all day or all month—kahit saan, kahit kailan! Just choose your subscription plan and you can make unlimited calls to over 50 destinations worldwide for a fixed rate of P149/1-day subscription or P1999/30-day subscription.

Available to all Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, and Tattoo subscribers:

Note: Globe Prepaid Subscribers must have enough cell phone load for the daily (P149) or monthly (P1999) plan and the minimum balance requirement of P7.50 to enjoy using the service.

Once you’ve successfully registered to SuperIDD, you may begin making Unlimited IDD calls to your family and friends abroad.

To call a landline number, dial:

12808 + country code + area code + phone number

To call a mobile number, dial:

12808 + mobile number

NOTE: To be able to connect successfully, please avoid adding additional zeroes in the country code and area code.

Example: If you’re calling the U.S., use “1” for the country code, not “01.” If your area code has a zero before it (e.g. 05316), remove the zero before the code when making a call.

Promo is extended until August 31, 2012. Per DTI-NCR Permit No. 2819, Series of 2012

1. What is the All-New SuperIDD?

SuperIDD is an IDD promo that allows you to make UNLIMITED IDD calls to 51 destinations worldwide and is available 24 hours a day.

2. What are the benefits of SuperIDD vs other IDD promos?

SuperIDD is the first and only mobile Unlimited IDD offer in the market, allowing Globe Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers to make Unlimited IDD calls anytime, anywhere to 51 destinations worldwide—all at a fixed daily or 30-day subscription plan.

3. Which countries may I call using SuperIDD?

You may call to any of the 51 destinations upon successful registration to SuperIDD:

1 Excluding calls to chat lines and other premium numbers
2 Excluding Palestine
3 Except calls to numbers staring with (90)-392
4 Except calls to numbers starting with (51)-658

4. How much is SuperIDD and what can I get out of registering to it?

SuperIDD is available in daily and monthly variants:

For the daily subscription, you are allowed to call a maximum of 3 unique international numbers (the number you are calling) to any of those destinations covered by SuperIDD. You are allowed to call a maximum of 10 unique international numbers for the monthly subscription.

5. What are these unique international numbers and why are there limits as to the number of international numbers I can call? How does this limit work?

International numbers are the numbers that you dial when calling abroad. Globe has placed a limit on the maximum number of numbers you can dial to avoid situations of abuse (i.e. creating a business out of it by charging people a small fee for using your SuperIDD service), since this service is intended for personal use only.

A daily subscription will allow you to call up to 3 unique international numbers, while a monthly subscription will allow you to call up to 10 unique international numbers.

SuperIDD 149 Example:

Subscriber makes a call to a contact in Hong Kong, a contact in Singapore, and a contact in the US. Since subscriber can only avail of a maximum of 3 unique numbers called with the daily SuperIDD subscription, subscriber cannot make another call to his/her contact in Canada. However, subscriber may call the 3 dialed numbers in Hong Kong, Singapore, and USA as often as s/he would like to within 24 hours.

SuperIDD 1999 Example:

Subscriber makes a call to two contacts in Hong Kong, a contact in Singapore, three contacts in the US, a contact in Germany, a contact in France, a contact in Cyprus, and a contact in Thailand. Since subscriber can only avail of a maximum of 10 unique numbers (regardless of countries called) with the 30-day SuperIDD subscription, subscriber cannot make another call to his/her contact in Canada. However, subscriber may call the 10 dialed numbers in Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Germany, France, Cyprus, and Thailand as often as s/he would like to within the 30-day period.

For Globe Postpaid subscribers, the registration fee will automatically be charged to your Postpaid account. SuperIDD service expires after 1 day or 30 days. It will NOT be auto-renewed.

6. How do I avail of SuperIDD?

SuperIDD is available via registration.

For Globe Prepaid Subscribers, kindly ensure that you have enough cellphone load for the daily (P149) or monthly (P1999) plan. You must have the minimum balance requirement of P7.50 (for Globe Prepaid subscribers) and either P149 or P1999, depending on the plan you wish to register to.

d. To use SUPERIDD, just dial 12808(country code)(area code)(phone no). Note that the 12808 replaces “00” or the “+” in the normal dialing sequence when calling abroad.

7. Do I need to buy a special IDD or call & text card to avail of the offer?

No. If you are using Globe Prepaid, you just need to make sure that you have enough prepaid load to cover for the registration fee.

8. I am a TM subscriber. Can I avail of this promo?

No. This promo is available to Globe Postpaid (including those under corporate plans) and Prepaid subscribers only (including Globe Affinity SIMs and Tattoo).
9. Do I have to maintain a regular load balance when I call using SuperIDD?

If you are a Postpaid or MySuperPlan subscriber, you do not need to maintain a regular load balance.

If you are a Globe Prepaid subscriber, you need at least P7.50 regular load balance to continue using SuperIDD. However, upon registration to SuperIDD, you need to have a load balance of AT LEAST P149 for SuperIDD 149 or P1,999 for SuperIDD 1999 PLUS the P7.50 minimum balance requirement.

Minimum load balance for subscribing to SuperIDD:

10. Can I use SuperIDD anywhere in the Philippines? How about if I bring it abroad?

Yes, you may use SuperIDD anywhere in the Philippines. However, you cannot use your SuperIDD service if you are outside the Philippines/on roaming.
11. What will happen to my SuperIDD if I am out of the country and/or on roaming service? [Applicable only to SuperIDD monthly plans]

When on roaming, your SuperIDD service will tentatively be deactivated but duration of the subscription will continue to run. SuperIDD service will be reactivated once you are back in the Philippines.

Example: Subscriber registers to SuperIDD 1999 on Day 1 and goes overseas on Day 10. Once overseas, subscriber’s SuperIDD subscription cannot be used. Subscriber then returns to the Philippines on Day 20. The existing SuperIDD subscription is re-activated and can still be used until Day 30.

For Postpaid subscribers, roaming rates for voice, text and data usage will be charged on top of your monthly fee, while Prepaid subscribers will be charged from their existing load balance.

12. If I dial using other IDD prefixes such as 12800 and 12801, will my call be charged to my SuperIDD registration? How about if I directly dial the number I wish to call?

No. If you dial using the prefixes such as 12800 and 12801, your call will be charged according to non-SuperIDD promo rates and/or regular IDD rates. Only calls with prefix 12808 will be charged to your SuperIDD registration.

To avoid getting charged after accidentally dialing the 12800 and 12801 prefixes while under the SuperIDD registration, it will be helpful to save the number you wish to call with the 12808 prefix already (e.g. 128089171234567).
13. If I dial using the prefix 12808 but I am not registered to SuperIDD, will my calls be connected and charged?

If you are not registered to SuperIDD but used the prefix 12808, your call will not be successful. However, you might still be charged the minimum IDD call rate as your call has already been processed by the system.
14. How will I know if my subscription is still active?

You may inquire using the Balance Inquiry function. Just send SUPERIDD<space>BAL to 8888 for FREE.
15. Do I have to use my SuperIDD immediately? Does it have expiration?

For SuperIDD 149, you must use it within 24 hours from time of successful registration since it is good for only 24 hours.

Example: If you successfully registered to SuperIDD 149 at 10:00pm on September 1, it will expire at 10:00pm on September 2.

SuperIDD 1999, on the other hand, will expire 30 days after date of registration.

Example: If you successfully registered to SuperIDD 1999 at 12:01am on September 1, you may use SuperIDD starting September 1 (1st day) until 12:01 am of October 1.
16. Will I be notified before my SUPER IDD expires?

For subscribers of SuperIDD 1999 or MySuperIDD 1999, you will first receive an SMS notification 3 days prior to expiry. Then, a second SMS notification will be sent 3 hours before your SuperIDD subscription is about to expire.

For SuperIDD 149, you will be notified 3 hours before your SuperIDD subscription is about to expire.

18. I am currently subscribed to SUPERIDD 149 and I want to purchase SuperIDD 1999 (or vice versa) instead. Can I deactivate my current subscription so I can purchase a different package?

23. I am a MySuperPlan subscriber. Can I have MySuperIDD as a sole UNLI service?

Yes, you may call to unique international numbers that are different from the ones that you had called during your previous registration. Unique international numbers and the unique international number limits are noted on a per-registration basis and not on a Globe number basis. This means that you get a fresh slate of unique international numbers to call to each time you register.

Yes, you can still enjoy using other IDD promos. SuperIDD can co-exist with ALL local and international promos.
