Be one of the 2,020 winners of up to Php 200,000 worth of SM Gift Cards when you spend at least P5,000 single-receipt straight or installment at The SM Store using your BDO Mastercard Credit or Debit Card!

1. Eligibility

   1. The Promotion is open to BDO Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards (“Qualified Cards”) Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Qualified Cardholders”) with a minimum spending of Php 5,000 made at any participating The SM Store branches.

   2. Qualified Cardholders whose accounts are suspended or terminated are not eligible to join.

2. Promo Mechanics

   1. For a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 5,000 for straight or installment transactions at any The SM Store gives the Qualified Cardholder a chance to instantly win up to P200,000 worth of SM Gift Cards.

   2. There will be 20 winners of Php 200,000 worth of SM Gift Cards and 2,000 winners of Php 2,000 worth of SM Gift Cards. Total of 2,020 winners nationwide.

   3. Promo Period is from January 17 to March 31, 2020 while claiming of prizes will be from January 17 to May 30, 2020.

   4. Upon completing a minimum single-receipt transaction of Php 5,000 using a Qualified Card, SM transaction receipt will display and generate the following coupon indicating whether or not the customer wins an instant prize.

7. Prize tax for winners of P200,000 shall be shouldered by The SM Store.

8. To claim the prize the Qualified Cardholder (winner) must present the following at the Customer Service Counter of The SM Store where the transaction was made. BMM/CSM must verify the winning transaction prior to awarding of prize to the cardholder:

   • Winning transaction receipt

   • Winning charge slip

   • Winning stub

   • Winning BDO Mastercard Credit or Debit Card

   • Valid ID

9. The winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.

10. The transaction receipt and winning charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of prize.

11. The winner can only claim his/her prize at the same branch of The SM Store where transaction was made.

12. The SM Store and Mastercard will not replace lost or damage prizes caused by the winner (cardholder).

13. The SM Store and Mastercard Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.

14. Employees of The SM Store, Mastercard, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
