Passengers are encouraged to email their desired dates of travel, routing/itinerary, passport names/copies, and contact details to airchina.paxsales@gmail.com prior to coming over to the office for over the counter transactions for more efficient processing.
- Fares quoted are inclusive of all taxes and surcharges, including the Philippine Travel Tax and Terminal Fee which must be paid upon ticket issuance. Fares and schedules are subject to availability of flights. Certain passenger types may be exempt from paying the Philippine Travel Tax upon submission of required documentation prior to ticket issuance.
- Valid for ticket purchase effective 02 until 15 August 2016 with outbound travel effective September 16, 2016 until June 15, 2017. All travel must be completed by July 31, 2017.
- Tickets have corresponding surcharges, USD120 per direction will apply for travel on the following route/dates: All routes from September 26 to October 06, 2016, Inbound/Outbound USA and Canada from December 16 to 23, 2016, and outbound to the USA and Canada from January 01 to 15, 2017.
- All Journeys must originate and terminate Manila.
- Fares are valid only on Air China-marketed and operated flights via Beijing.
- All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
- Passengers may enter through one city and exit via another point, but the fare will be recalculated.
- Tickets will be valid for six months from the original departure date with no provision for extension.
- Tickets will be non-refundable but can be rebooked subject to payment of the USD150 rebooking fee per change plus the possible variance in the fares and taxes.
- USD150 No show fee will be charged for changes made within 24 hours to departure.
- An accompanied child (02-11 years) by the time travel is completed is entitled to a discount on the fare. Infant discounts do not apply.
- Seats are subject to availability. The promotion can accommodate a maximum of four Business Class passengers per flight.
- Up sell levels are available.
- No add-on segments are allowed.
- One free stop-over in Beijing allowed in either direction.
- No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights.
- Air China reserves the right to have the final interpretation of the rules and conditions of the promotion with concurrence of the DTI..
- The offer is non-transferable and not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
- The promo offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and partner’s VIP/Membership privileges.
- In case of dispute, the decision of BDO and Air China shall be final with prior approval from DTI.
