BDO Mastercard Shopping Treat at S&R
Promo Period: November 1 to 30, 2019
Qualified Cards:  BDO World Elite Mastercard, Platinum, Titanium, Gold, ShopMore, Forever 21, Bench, LausAutoGroup, and Standard Mastercard Credit Cards

Offers:

1. Choice of FREE 10-pc Southern Style Fried Chicken or P500 S&R Gift Cheque for a spend of at least P10,000 at S&R Membership Shopping using your Qualified Card within the Promo Period;

2. Non-Members can enjoy a FREE One-Time Day Pass by simply showing their Qualified Card at the Customer Service Counter.

Promo Mechanics:

1. The BDO Mastercard Shopping Treat at S&R (“Promo”) runs from November 1 to 30, 2019 (“Promo Period”).
2. The Promo is exclusive to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Qualified Cardholders”) of BDO Mastercard credit cards: World Elite Mastercard, Platinum, Titanium, Gold, ShopMore, Forever 21, Bench, LausAutoGroup and Standard (“Qualified Cards”)
3. Offer:
   1. Choice of FREE 10-pc. Southern Style Fried Chicken or P500 S&R Gift Cheque (“Treat”) for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P10,000 using your Qualified Card at S&R Membership Shopping stores nationwide within the Promo Period.
   2. Non-Members will be issued a Free One-Time Day Pass upon presentation of Qualified Card at the Customer Service Counter.
4. Treat must be redeemed on the day of purchase or until November 30, 2019.

How to Redeem your Treat:

1. Cardholder (representatives not allowed) to proceed to the Food Service Counter (for food treat) or Frontend Counter (for Gift Cheque) of the participating S&R Membership Shopping branch where transaction was made (“Redemption Outlet”).
2. Present the following:
   1. Qualified Card
   2. Customer copy of the charge slip
3. Credit Card will be swiped and transaction details will be keyed-in for validation using the promo redemption terminal. No additional charges will be incurred for redemption.
4. S&R Food Service or Frontend Counter Personnel to release chosen Treat.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Splitting of transactions for purposes of generating multiple charge slips is prohibited.
2. For multiple transactions made within the same day at any S&R Membership Shopping branch, only one (1) qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per Cardholder even if he/she has more than one (1) Qualified Card. The remaining charge slips will not be accepted. The cost of the Treat redeemed through the use of the remaining charge slips shall be charged to the Qualified Card or directly collected from the Cardholder.
3. The Treat is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified). Treat is valid only at the Redemption Outlet.
4. Cardholder is entitled to redeem a maximum of 20 Treats within the redemption period regardless if he/she has more than one Qualified Card.
5. Gift Cheques are valid for use as payment for S&R Membership Fee or purchases at the supermarket and food service area.
6. Food Treat is valid for dine-in and take-out only.
7. Corporate Cards are not eligible to participate in this promo.
8. Double Redemption, Cancellation of qualified purchase and Fraudulent transaction/s. The Treat cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers of BDO. A Cardholder’s purchase that has been used to avail of the Promo may no longer be used to avail of another BDO Promo such as but not limited to (1) Shop. Choose. Redeem. (2) Rebate Promos and the like or vice versa. If found to have double/multiple redemptions, BDO reserves the right to chargeback the full cost of the Treat to the corresponding account, at BDO’s discretion. Similarly, if the transaction is cancelled/reversed or found to be invalid or fraudulent at a later date, BDO will chargeback the Treat or directly collect cost from the Cardholder.
9. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates and fulfillment, S&R and BDO’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by S&R and BDO with the concurrence of DTI.
10. In case of any question about any of the provisions of this Promotion, the interpretation of BDO shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BDO Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
