Original receipt from WalterMart Supermarket with minimum spend of Php 6,000
Card Charge Slip:
Must be original and not photocopied.
Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy not accepted)
Card number printed on charge slip matches the Credit / Debit Card number of the card presented
Transaction date must be within the promo period.
Actual Card used – must not be expired
To redeem the premium item for WalterMart website and app purchases:
All orders must be placed through the WalterMart Delivery website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph or WalterMart Delivery app
To avail of the promo, customer must purchase a total minimum order of Php 6,000 using BDO Card and must enter the promo code “WMHOLLYJOLLY” upon check out.
For card payment/transaction upon delivery, the delivery personnel has to collect the charge slip, and verify that the card used is a participating BDO Card.
All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption sheet. Upon delivery, the customer must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put “Claimed Gift” on the invoice.
Cardholders without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem.
Cardholder can redeem free premium item only at WalterMart Supermarket where transaction was made. For WalterMart Delivery purchases, see item No. 6.
Charge slip will be collected by the customer service representative / WalterMart Delivery personnel upon release of the free item/s.
Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip/ transaction slip is allowed.
Customer is only allowed maximum of three (3) redemptions per day per store. However, charge slips must be transacted during different dates to be qualified for the maximum number of redemption.
Splitting into smaller transactions to avail of multiple items is not allowed. Customer will only be allowed to redeem one (1) approved transaction per day.
For multiple charge slips generated from a single branch made within the same day, only one qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per Cardholder even if he has more than one qualified charge slip. WalterMart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse acceptance of multiple charge slip redemption if found in conflict with mechanics.
Redemption period is until February 12, 2020.
Cardholders cannot exchange premium item once availed. The FREE Purefoods Fiesta Ham Chicken (1kg.) cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of WalterMart Supermarket and BDO Credit and Debit Cards.
All BDO Card transactions are subject to bank approval.
